Version 2026.07.0116
Fixes
- Process draft parties. Fixed a bug where, if the same person was added several times to a process, that person disappeared when the process draft was saved, and the comments, deadlines and purposes shifted onto the wrong people (the last one was lost). Repeated parties are now preserved and the data stays with the correct people. Previously affected drafts recover automatically — the stored data was correct all along, so there is no need to save them again.
- First save of a document created with the writing form. Fixed a bug where, on the first save of a document, an error could occur after saving in such a way that no error message was shown to the user and the view remained the same as before the first save. The user therefore did not realize something had not completed and could try to save again — which could create several documents with the same registration number. The error is now shown and logged, and the user is taken straight to the already-saved document; saving again does not create a new record or duplicate the number. A document-creation history event is also added immediately after saving.
- Self-service portal form. Fixed a bug that prevented a certain form from opening (an error occurred on open). The form now opens correctly, and a field that has no self-service implementation is skipped. For more about submitting applications via the self-service portal, see the self-service portal guide.
Other improvements
- Search index (full-text search) reliability. Improved the reliability of the indexing queues (they no longer get stuck) and the indexing of files with large metadata; the linking of files to their objects was also improved.
- Faster availability after an update. Previously, after a version update or restart, the application could be slow on first use, because it prepared itself for work only when the first user arrived. This preparation is now done in advance, so after an update the application becomes available to users much faster. Several installation-related technical fixes were also made.
- Various internal technical fixes and improvements.
Version 2026.07.0099
Fixes
- Document copying. Fixed a bug where, when copying a document ("Copy as new"), the copied document's main file was not properly linked to the document. This is a technical change that does not directly affect the user's day-to-day work.
Other improvements
- Environment health check. Improved automatic monitoring of the application's status: external monitoring now receives a correct "responding" answer from the application even when the internal (privileged) logic is not run at that moment. The correct identification of the caller when the application runs behind a reverse proxy has also been fixed.
- Various internal technical fixes and improvements.
Version 2026.07.0096
Fixes
- Contract parties. Fixed a bug where parties added to a document could disappear — when a party was opened for editing and you then returned to the document (on both saved and unsaved documents), and a document's only party could also disappear when the document was saved.
- ID-card login. Fixed logging in with an ID-card (Web-eID), including with the system administrator account.
- DOCX templates. When filling Word document templates (DOCX), the text font size is preserved — it no longer shrinks automatically.
- Fixed a bug that in certain cases prevented some form elements (e.g. the file uploader) from being displayed.
Other improvements
- Updated user interface components (Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX to version 2026.2.708) — better stability and compatibility. Change overview: 2026.2.519 · 2026.2.708.
- Internal cleanup so the application loads faster.
Version 2026.07.0086
New features
- Link sharing is more convenient. A document's direct link now opens immediately in the same view in a small window, and each link has a handy copy button — you no longer need to open a separate page. The public share link is shorter and more permanent.

- Document history search by GUID. In the event log view
(Admin → Organization Settings → Logs, titled "Log tracking") the
"Filtreeri" (Filter) search field now accepts — in addition to text and an
object ID — a document's GUID (its permanent unique identifier). Entering
the GUID and clicking "Logid" (Logs) returns the log events of all
versions of the same document at once (previously you could only search by a
single version's ID). A document's GUID is visible in its direct link (in
the form
…/Items/Detail/<GUID>).
Fixes
- New document parties. Fixed a bug where the parties (organizations and persons) from the previously opened document's Parties panel were mistakenly carried over to a new document. The bug occurred when a user opened a case from the document view and then started adding a new document from the case view — in that situation the new document inherited the parties of the previously opened document. Now every new document starts with an empty Parties panel — the previous document's parties are no longer carried over.
- ID-card login. Fixed the button layout.
- Made several fixes to improve the system's speed and stability.
Version 2026.07.0064
New features
New akt-editor for drafting legal acts
A new akt-editor has been added to Amphora — a browser-based legal acts
editor for composing .akt files (legal act drafts and legal acts) directly
inside the Amphora window. Unlike the previous solution, separate VexPro
software or the Amphora Client is no longer needed on the user's computer —
the editor opens directly in the web browser. It can be opened from the document
using the "Muuda akt-editoris" / "Salvesta ja ava akt-editoris" button.
For more on using akt-editor, see the dedicated guide HERE.
ID-card login now based on Web-eID
In the AmphoraPro core environment, ID-card login is now based on the Web-eID solution. For the user, ID-card login works essentially the same way; the change is mainly technical and ensures more modern and reliable ID-card support.
Multi-window document editing check reactivated
The check added in version 16.0.7, which prevents document changes from being mistakenly overwritten when the same document is edited in several windows at once or by several users, has now been fixed and re-enabled. This better protects the user's work and prevents changes to one document from accidentally being carried over to another.
The original description of this check is in the previous version guide, HERE.
Fixes and technical improvements
The Amphora application can now be configured to run behind a proxy server (IIS ARR), which makes it possible to run multiple Amphora applications and route between them. This is a technical change that simplifies automating Amphora updates and speeds up the application's recovery after a version update. It also fixes the application's operation behind a proxy server (authentication and user identification).
Search index (full-text search) fixes
Several technical bugs related to the search index that caused excessive database growth have been fixed:
- the full content of files is no longer stored in the log table;
- the log is now cleaned automatically (only entries up to 30 days old are kept);
- old file versions are no longer added to the search index.
These changes reduce database size and do not affect users' day-to-day work — search remains fast and reliable.
Document saving and deliveries
- Fixed a document-saving version-control bug that occurred when data was edited together with adding a new outgoing delivery.
- Adding new deliveries now works correctly even when someone else is editing the same document at the same time.
- Made several fixes to improve search indexing and overall stability.
