Rights
Rights in Amphora
Amphora rights from weakest to strongest are:
- Hidden - a right where the user does not see the folder in the folder tree. When adding a new object, this folder is not visible in the folder selection (in Documents/Correspondence/Cases/Invoices modules). Unlike forbidden rights, this right can be overridden by a stronger right at the same level (all other rights are stronger).
- Add - user sees only objects added by themselves. User can add objects and modify and delete them. The folder is visible both in list view (Documents/Correspondence/Cases modules) and when adding a new object in folder selection (Documents/Correspondence/Cases/Invoices modules).
- Limited read - user sees objects added by other users and can open them in read view, but sees only metadata and cannot download files. Cannot add new objects to this folder. When adding a new object, this folder is not visible in folder selection (Documents/Correspondence/Cases/Invoices modules).
- Read - user sees objects added by other users and can open them in read view (metadata is visible and files are downloadable). Cannot add new objects to this folder. When adding a new object, this folder is not visible in folder selection (Documents/Correspondence/Cases/Invoices modules).
- Add+Read - user can add objects, modify and delete them. User can open objects added by other users in read view, but cannot modify them. The folder is visible both in list view (Documents/Correspondence/Cases modules) and when adding a new object in folder selection (Documents/Correspondence/Cases/Invoices modules).
- Modify - user can modify objects added by other users, but cannot delete them. User can modify and delete objects added by themselves. The folder is visible both in list view (Documents/Correspondence/Cases modules) and when adding a new object in folder selection (Documents/Correspondence/Cases/Invoices modules).

Superuser mode
Superuser mode provides extended rights compared to regular administrator rights. Superuser has default access to all organization's folders and documents and can delete processes and delegations created by other users. This function is especially useful for environment administrators who assist organization users.
To use superuser mode, the administrator must have a confirmed personal code (user has logged in at least once with ID-card, Mobile-ID or Smart-ID) and the functionality must be activated by Amphora client support. By default, this functionality is not available to users. The mode can be turned on and off using the king/queen icon (depends on user's personal code), which turns red when activated.

When the mode is active, a notification "You are using Amphora in superuser mode." is displayed on screen.

To turn off superuser mode, click on the red king icon (located in the top right corner).

Superuser setup
If your organization does not have a superuser assigned yet, we recommend doing so.
To assign superusers, you can download the application form here. Please fill it out and have it signed by the organization's/company's legally authorized person and send it to us either via DHX or by email to help@amphora.ee.
